Where to start. I mean there is just so much to share this week, its simply mind blowing. Lets begin with Monday...prepping the final big cracked kernel order of 220 kg - exhausting. Then delivery on the Tuesday with reweighing every bag (110) manually from 6am to check accuracy of weights....then final run around on Wednesday for setting up for Conference on the Thursday....then more nut orders to finish for Friday....then bore pump reinstalled with rains arriving that night, finally.
So at this point a quick review of how the conference went. Fabulous. Only 2 people couldn't make it, but those that did certainly enjoyed their learning experience. In fact it went so well we are planning to run another introductory one next April 2019 with the Level 1 course a month after that. Its sounds silly but I actually got a real buzz out of this part of the business, especially with the way the participants pitched in to make the FAA (Fermented Fish Amino Acid).
And now at this point I think we should let the pictures do the talking - as the saying goes a picture paints a thousand words.
All thanks and credits to our resident French Photographer, Mousier Youann Lenan. Merci!!!
